Role Overview
This role works closely with the Founder’s Office and supports strategic initiatives across business growth, marketing, product, and operations.
The position offers direct exposure to how a growing technology company operates and the opportunity to work on real business challenges rather than routine administrative tasks.
This role is well suited for individuals interested in startups, technology, strategy, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Business Research
- Conduct research on global startups, companies, and potential clients
- Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare structured research summaries and insights
Growth & Lead Intelligence
- Identify and build qualified lead lists for outreach
- Research funded startups and businesses that may require product development support
- Assist with outreach inputs and proposal research
Founder’s Office Operations
- Prepare meeting summaries, notes, and action points
- Track internal initiatives and assist in coordinating projects across teams
- Support collaboration between marketing, product, and business functions
Strategic Projects
- Assist with special initiatives driven by the Founder
- Support evaluation of new product ideas, partnerships, and opportunities
- Conduct competitor and product analysis when required
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized documentation for ongoing initiatives
- Prepare structured reports, sheets, and presentations
Skills & Qualities
- Strong research and analytical thinking
- Clear written communication
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Curiosity about startups, technology, and business
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and presentation tools
Eligibility
Students or recent graduates from fields such as:
- Business (BBA / BMS / MBA)
- Engineering / Computer Science
- Economics / Management
Candidates with a strong interest in startups, product development, and business strategy are encouraged to apply.

Internship Details
Location: Delhi NCR (On-site / Hybrid)

Compensation:
A stipend will be provided and discussed during the interview process based on the candidate’s profile.
