About LH2 Data Labs
LH2 Data Labs sources and licenses proprietary institutional datasets to frontier AI training companies globally. Our portfolio spans multilingual text, audio, production codebases, medical and legal datasets. Every asset we hold is fully owned or exclusively licensed - with provenance, rights, and commercial clearance built in.
We are building the supply side of the AI data economy, and we need sharp, tenacious people to find the assets that don't know they're assets yet.
The Role
You'll run outbound across India - calling founders, CTOs, and operators at companies sitting on data they haven't thought about commercialising. Find them, get them on a call, qualify the asset, hand off to the BD lead for structuring and close.
This is cold outreach. You'll be calling decision-makers, handling objections live, and building pipelines from zero. If that sounds energising, keep reading.
What You Will Do
- Run 30–50 outbound touches a day across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls - targeting Indian startups, mid-size companies, and digital platforms
- Identify companies holding proprietary codebases, vernacular content libraries, audio archives, or structured datasets
- Run sharp 10-minute qualification calls - understand the asset, confirm IP ownership, gauge interest, set next steps
- Follow up over WhatsApp and email, share relevant one-pagers, keep the relationship warm until handoff
- Keep tracking clean - every contact, every conversation, every outcome, daily
- Work with the BD lead to sharpen target lists, call frameworks, and objection handling based on what you're seeing in the field
- Bring back market intel - what assets are out there, what objections keep coming up, what's landing and what isn't
What We Are Looking For:
- Comfortable owning a full outbound cycle; handles rejection without losing momentum
- Clear, confident English - sounds like a peer to the founders on the other end, not a script
- Thinks on their feet - can improvise when a call goes sideways
- Organised enough to run 50+ active prospects across different stages without things slipping
Compensation & PPO
Stipend: ₹18,000 / month
Location: Bengaluru (In-Office)
PPO based purely on performance - extended when you're ready to join full-time.
