Full-Time Internship – 3 months (convertible to full time role)
Gurugram (Sector 45) In-Office
Stipend ₹15,000 /month
We’re building Epically — a fast-growing home & lifestyle e-commerce brand with strong traction in India & Amazon USA. We are scaling profitably at ~50% month-on-month revenue growth, and now looking for someone to work closely with the founder.
Role: Founder’s Office – Junior Associate
This is a high-learning, execution-heavy role where you’ll be directly involved in day-to-day strategy, growth & business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive end-to-end execution of shipments — from planning consignments to dispatch
· Identify and onboard reliable suppliers; manage day-to-day coordination
· Handle Amazon & marketplace operations — listings, backend updates, issue resolution
· Own inventory flow — track stock, prevent stockouts, and plan replenishment
· Ensure smooth order processing & fulfillment operations
· Supervise warehouse & packing staff to maintain speed and accuracy
· Act as a problem-solver on ground — fix daily operational bottlenecks quickly
· Work directly with founders on high-priority execution tasks across functions·
Requirements:
- Completed undergraduate degree from a recognized college
- Willing to work full-time, in-office (6 days/week)
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel & Word
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
