Why This Role is Critical
Swish Club is building a new AI Native Vertical SaaS Platform (currently in stealth called SwishX) that is quietly transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business. We are in the 0.1→0.5 enterprise journey - building and selling an AI-native platform into large, complex organizations (100Cr+ minimum annual turnover).
Within the Platform, we are adding the next layer of growth infrastructure. As a result, we’re now hiring for a stealth initiative that sits at the intersection of market intelligence, systems thinking, and execution. This is a high-priority new build inside the company, and the person joining this role will work closely with the founding team to help shape it from the ground up.

About The Role
We are hiring one Founder’s Office intern to help build our Market Intelligence & Systems Center as part of a new stealth launch at SwishX.
This is not a conventional internship.
It is a builder role for someone who is part business generalist, part structured operator, and part problem-solver.
You will work on identifying the right external data partners, evaluating their usefulness, bringing them into internal systems, improving their quality, and helping create repeatable workflows that scale.
In simple terms: you will help build the intelligence engine behind something new.
What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate high-potential external sources of market information
- Build frameworks to judge quality, usefulness, and scalability
- Bring fragmented inputs into structured internal systems
- Clean, organize, and improve information for downstream use
- Create repeatable workflows for sourcing, validation, and expansion
- Support the founding team in building a new capability ground-up
- Help turn scattered market inputs into a scalable internal asset
