Prepisely — an upskilling EdTech startup helping professionals level up through hands-on workshops and AI-powered learning — is looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the Founder & Leadership team.
Why This Role is Different
This is not a typical internship.
You will operate as a mini-founder, working on strategy, execution, and decision-making across multiple business functions.

What You’ll Do
• Work directly with the Founder on high-priority strategic initiatives
• Drive execution across growth, operations, product, and partnerships
• Break down ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
• Analyze data, identify insights, and recommend business decisions
• Own end-to-end projects — from idea → execution → results
• Build processes, frameworks, and systems to scale the business
• Collaborate with different teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to drive outcomes

• Students from Tier 1/2 colleges OR high-potential self-starters
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in startups / internships / building something of your own
• Basic understanding of business, growth, or product thinking
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets / basic data analysis)
• Interest in EdTech / AI / startups

🕒 Duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: Incentive-based
This internship is a high-intensity, high-learning role. You will be expected to take ownership, move fast, and deliver outcomes. In return, you’ll gain real startup experience that most internships don’t offer. Selected candidates will receive direct mentorship, structured training, and hands-on experience working on live growth initiatives. The role does not include a fixed stipend. Compensation is incentive-based and directly linked to measurable performance outcomes.
