The Role
This is not a typical internship.
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder on everything—from client strategy and business decisions to execution and growth. You’ll sit at the center of the company and see how a marketing agency is actually built.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founder on high-priority projects
- Be involved in client pitches, strategy, and execution
- Build presentations, proposals, and brand decks
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate across content, design, and performance teams
- Support business development and lead generation
- Help improve internal systems and workflows
