Company Description
Macro Rides is an EV-first mobility platform focused on making city rides more affordable, reliable, and sustainable by connecting passengers with local e-rickshaw drivers.
We are currently in the 0 → 1 stage, building our MVP and preparing for an initial launch in Delhi, starting with Rohini.
Role: Founder’s Office Intern
This is a direct working role with the founder, focused on execution.
You will operate across functions from on-ground operations to growth and problem-solving helping build the business from the ground up.
The role is
hybrid, with regular on-ground work required in
North West Delhi (Rohini).
Scope of Work
- Support on-ground operations, including driver onboarding
- Assist in day-to-day execution and issue resolution
- Work on early-stage growth and user acquisition efforts
- Conduct research and support decision-making
- Help with partnerships and outreach
- Track tasks, follow through, and improve processes
Requirements
- Final year student or recent graduate
- Based in North West Delhi (Rohini or nearby)
- Comfortable with field work and communicating in Hindi
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Interest in startups, mobility, or early-stage building
Compensation
- ₹10,000/month
- Exposure to startup ecosystem and events
- Opportunity to take on larger responsibilities based on performance
Note
This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage startup. It is best suited for someone who wants hands-on experience building from 0 → 1.
