House Sparrow Films is a creative video production studio that transforms complex learning into engaging, scalable video experiences. We specialize in training videos, MOOCs, onboarding content, explainers, and corporate learning assets for businesses, universities, NGOs, and content creators.
We’ve partnered with leading names in India like Rapido, ISB Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore, and 200+ global organizations. Now, we’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Animator Intern who can bring ideas to life through compelling animations.
At HSF, we’re scaling fast. And behind that growth is a founder who juggles multiple functions — from client strategy to creative oversight to marketing and hiring. We’re now looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to directly support him in executing high-priority business tasks and managing day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founder and the core team.
You’ll be the execution arm of the founder, helping drive projects, coordinate with internal teams, manage communication, and ensure that priorities are met on time.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll gain end-to-end exposure to how a creative business runs — across operations, marketing, sales, content, and client management.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & Project Coordination
- Assist the founder in planning and executing daily operational and creative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, production) to ensure projects move smoothly
- Track progress on key deliverables and follow up with stakeholders for updates
- Manage internal task lists, meeting notes, and project trackers
Business & Operations Support
- Help structure processes and documentation for smoother execution
- Support in onboarding interns, vendors, and collaborators
- Assist in client communication and project scheduling when needed
- Handle logistics for ongoing shoots, edits, and marketing deliverables
Strategic & Research Support
- Conduct quick research on clients, competitors, and market opportunities
- Support in building presentation decks, case studies, or marketing reports
- Create summaries, briefs, and SOPs to help the founder streamline workflows
Who You’ll Work With
- Directly with the Founder & CEO (Shashank)
- Cross-functional collaboration with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Notion, or ClickUp (or willingness to learn)
- Highly dependable and proactive — you get things done without constant supervision
- A quick learner with a bias for action and problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like creative environment
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in operations, marketing, or business coordination
- Understanding of content production, marketing, or agency workflows
- Good writing skills — able to draft client emails or summaries clearly
- Basic design or presentation skills (Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint)
