Role Description
Globik AI is looking for a highly driven Founder's Office - Growth Intern to work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives across growth, sales, research, and operations. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role ideal for individuals who want hands-on exposure to building an AI company from the ground up.
You will be involved in a mix of business development, research, outreach, and execution, while leveraging modern AI tools to drive efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives including lead research, outreach, and follow-ups
- Assist in identifying and building sales pipelines and potential client opportunities
- Conduct market and industry research across AI, data, and enterprise technology domains
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and GPT to support research, content, and workflow automation
- Manage and update CRM tools, track leads, and maintain organized workflows
- Assist in drafting emails, proposals, and communication for clients and partners
- Support execution of strategic initiatives across growth, partnerships, and operations
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing projects and tasks
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates with interest in AI, technology, startups, or business growth
- Prior experience in internships, projects, or roles related to AI, business development, or operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interest in learning and working within the AI and tech ecosystem
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales workflows is a plus
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven individuals who can work independently and adapt quickly
- Ability to learn fast and operate in a dynamic startup environment
