About the Role
CreateBot Labs is looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern who is eager to learn how startups are built and scaled. This role provides direct exposure to working with the Founder, understanding core operations, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.

CreateBot Labs is an India-based R&D and Product Development company focused on designing and building innovative real-world solutions across robotics, embedded systems, AI/ML, automation, and full-stack software.We work end-to-end — from researching real-life problems, validating market needs, designing prototypes, and engineering products, to supporting manufacturing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Work Closely With the Founder
- Assist in day-to-day planning, strategic discussions, and execution.
- Support high-level decision-making with research, documentation, and analysis.
Startup Operations & Process Building
- Contribute to setting up and improving internal processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination (tech, HR, manufacturing, R&D, operations).
Finance, Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Work with CS, CA, and legal teams for:
- Company documentation
- Compliance filings
- Agreements & policy documentation
- Organisational structuring
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain structured documentation across operations and compliance.
- Prepare reports, trackers, business documents, and presentations.
Research for Fundraising & Portfolio Building
- Research seed funding, angel networks, government grants, and accelerators.
- Support in building pitch decks, investor documents, and company portfolio materials.
Who Can Apply

- Graduates or Final-Year Students from any discipline
- Individuals based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Candidates available from 10 AM to 5 PM
You should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Good research ability
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of business, finance, or operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- A genuine interest in startups, product development, and entrepreneurship
