About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, digitally aware, and execution-focused Founder’s Office & Growth Operations Intern to work directly with the founder across content operations, personal branding, internal coordination, and growth initiatives.
This role is designed for individuals who want practical exposure to startup execution, founder-led branding, digital growth systems, and operational workflows within a fast-moving environment.
The selected candidate will closely collaborate with the founder and internal team to support ongoing growth, branding, coordination, and operational activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Growth & Founder Branding
- Assist in planning and executing LinkedIn content strategy
- Convert raw ideas and insights into structured professional content
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts
- Research founder-led content trends and engagement strategies
- Support networking and outreach initiatives on LinkedIn
- Engage strategically with relevant founder and industry content
- Maintain consistency across personal branding activities
Instagram Content & Creative Coordination
- Research trending and relevant content formats
- Coordinate with editors and creative team members for execution
- Assist in planning founder-focused visual content and reels
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
- Organize content references, assets, and creative workflows
- Support development of professional yet engaging founder-style content
Operations & Team Coordination
- Track ongoing internal tasks and deliverables
- Maintain regular operational updates and reporting
- Follow up with team members on timelines and execution
- Escalate delays, missed deadlines, or quality concerns when necessary
- Assist in improving operational structure and accountability systems
Founder’s Office Support
- Support day-to-day workflow organization and execution
- Conduct research related to tools, competitors, trends, and systems
- Assist in maintaining productivity workflows and execution pipelines
- Help streamline internal communication and coordination processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Active understanding of social media and digital trends
- Familiarity with content creation and branding concepts
- Comfortable using AI productivity and content tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Prior internship experience is not mandatory. We value execution capability, learning attitude, and ownership mindset more than formal credentials.
