Job Title: Founder’s Office / Generalist

DriveGuard AI is building advanced AI-powered driver monitoring and safety systems to reduce accidents, improve fleet efficiency, and bring intelligence to transportation across India. Our solutions combine hardware, computer vision, and real-time analytics to solve one of the biggest problems in logistics and mobility — driver risk.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency generalist to work directly with the founder and drive execution across business, operations, and strategy. This is not a narrow role — you will operate across functions, solve ambiguous problems, and help scale DriveGuard AI from early traction to large deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office Execution
• Work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives
• Break down strategy into executable plans
• Track and ensure execution across teams
Project & Program Management
• Manage ongoing projects (Pilot, fleet deployments, partnerships, etc.)
• Coordinate between hardware, software, vendors, and clients
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality are maintained
Business & Partnerships
• Support enterprise outreach (logistics companies, corporates, government)
• Prepare proposals, decks, and commercial models
• Follow up and drive deals to closure
Operations & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with vendors (hardware, manufacturing, software partners)
• Track development milestones and deliveries
• Identify bottlenecks and solve proactively
Strategic Initiatives
• Work on new product ideas (AI dashcams, bodycams, soundbox AI, etc.)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support fundraising and investor materials
What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years experience (startup, consulting, ops, product, or founder’s office preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Extremely high ownership — gets things done without handholding
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Good communication skills (internal + external stakeholders)
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
Bonus Points
• Experience in hardware / IoT / AI startups
• Exposure to logistics, automotive, or enterprise sales
• Strong Excel / financial modeling / presentation skills
• Prior experience working with founders
