🚀 We’re Hiring: Founder’s Office – Fundraising & Strategy
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the Founder/CEO on fundraising, strategy, and high-impact initiatives.
This role is for someone who wants to operate at the core of a fast-growing company and learn how companies are built from the inside.
🔥 Your Mission:
Ensure the CEO is always prepared, sharp, and positioned to win every investor conversation and close capital efficiently.
⚡ What You’ll Do:
• Create and continuously improve investor pitch decks
• Customize decks based on investor profiles
• Build and manage a complete investor data room
• Conduct deep research on investors before meetings
• Prepare briefing notes for every investor call
• Draft follow-ups, updates, and investor communication
• Assist in financial storytelling & projections
• Track investor conversations and deal progress
• Coordinate across teams for data and inputs
📊 What Success Looks Like:
• Highly polished and effective pitch materials
• Zero-prep investor calls (CEO fully ready every time)
• Fast turnaround on investor communication
• Smooth, professional investor experience
🧠 Who You Are:
• 1–3 years experience in consulting / finance / startup ops
• Strong analytical & storytelling skills
• Excellent PowerPoint & communication ability
• Detail-obsessed and highly reliable
• Can handle pressure and ambiguity
💥 Bonus:
• Experience in fundraising / IB / VC / consulting
• Financial modeling skills
• Strong research ability
