Founder’s Office / Founder’s Associate
Deep Tech Manufacturing & Operations

We’re hiring high-agency problem solvers to work directly with Leumas' founders.
This is not a conventional “Chief of Staff” or coordination-only role.
This role is for people who can take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive execution across manufacturing, operations, technology, strategy, business, and organizational systems.
One month, you may be helping set up a new factory floor.
Another month, you may be redesigning customer experience workflows, fixing operational bottlenecks, implementing software systems, driving BD strategy, managing cross-functional projects, or accelerating a new technology deployment.
If you enjoy solving hard problems, building systems from scratch, and operating in fast-moving environments, this role is for you.

Leumas is a venture-funded, Bangalore-based deep-tech manufacturing company building modular robotic micro-factories for wellness and pharmaceutical products.
We combine automation, software-defined manufacturing, integrated quality systems, and modular production infrastructure to make manufacturing faster, flexible, and scalable.
Our long-term vision is to build the manufacturing infrastructure layer for the next generation of wellness and pharma brands globally.
The Role
You will work directly with the founders on the company’s highest-priority problems and initiatives.
This role exists to increase the founders' execution bandwidth.
You will be expected to:

What You’ll Work On
1. Strategic Projects & Founder Priorities
→ Work directly with founders on mission-critical company initiatives
→ Drive execution of high-priority strategic projects across functions
→ Translate founder vision into actionable execution plans
→ Identify bottlenecks and independently solve them
→ Build systems that improve organizational speed and clarity
2. Factory Setup & Infrastructure Execution
→ Coordinate new factory setup projects
→ Work on layout planning, execution tracking, vendors, civil work coordination, utilities, and operational readiness
→ Ensure projects move fast with minimal delays
→ Coordinate across engineering, operations, procurement, and compliance teams
→ Track timelines, budgets, dependencies, and execution quality
3. Operations & Process Excellence
→ Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable fixes
→ Improve cross-functional coordination across production, QA, supply chain, NPD, and BD
→ Build dashboards, SOPs, tracking systems, and review mechanisms
→ Improve execution speed, accountability, and process visibility
→ Drive operational reviews and follow-through
4. Business & Growth Initiatives
→ Support founders on BD strategy, customer experience improvements, and strategic partnerships
→ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility studies
→ Support key client discussions and internal execution planning
→ Help streamline customer onboarding and project delivery systems
5. Technology & Systems Implementation
→ Coordinate implementation of internal software systems and automation initiatives
→ Drive adoption of ERP, CRM, project management, and operational systems
→ Work closely with engineering, software, and operations teams
→ Identify opportunities where technology can improve execution or visibility
6. Program & Project Management
→ Own cross-functional execution of important company projects
→ Create project plans, timelines, trackers, and review systems
→ Ensure accountability across stakeholders
→ Escalate risks early and drive closure aggressively
→ Maintain high execution velocity across multiple simultaneous projects
7. Founder Office Operations
→ Prepare business reviews, reports, execution trackers, and internal strategic documents
→ Help founders stay aligned on priorities and execution
→ Ensure important initiatives do not lose momentum
→ Operate as an extension of the founders in internal coordination and follow-ups

Preferred Background
We strongly prefer candidates from top-tier institutes such as:
- Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs)
- Indian Institute of Management (IIMs)
- Indian Institute of Science (IISc)
Preferred experience:
- 0–5 years experience
- Consulting / startup / operations / product / manufacturing / strategy backgrounds
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Prior startup experience is a bonus
Fresh graduates with exceptional problem-solving ability and execution mindset may also apply.
