Role Overview
The Founder’s Office will work directly with the leadership team and play a critical role in driving strategic execution, operational coordination, business analytics, and process optimization across the organization.
This role is ideal for highly analytical, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial individuals who can operate across departments, solve complex operational challenges, and help scale a fast-growing international business.
The role requires strong ownership, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution
- Translate the founder's vision and company goals into actionable execution plans.
- Ensure key business priorities and strategic initiatives are implemented on time.
- Track company-wide growth initiatives and operational progress.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability systems.
- Drive follow-through across teams to ensure execution excellence.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with multiple departments including:
- Direct Sales
- International Procurement
- Quality Assurance
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Accounts & Finance
- HR & Hiring
- CRM & Data Management
The Founder’s Office will act as a central coordination function to improve communication, reduce execution gaps, and ensure alignment between departments.
3. Business Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Analyze:
- Sales performance
- Customer acquisition trends
- Profit margins
- Inventory movement
- Vendor pricing
- Operational efficiency
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist leadership with forecasting and business planning activities.
4. Process Building & SOP Implementation
- Build scalable systems, workflows, and operational structures.
- Develop and implement SOPs across departments.
- Improve operational efficiency and organizational productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve process-related challenges.
- Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
5. Founder Support & Decision Assistance
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Prepare presentations, strategic reports, and business review documents.
- Support leadership during high-level negotiations and partnerships.
- Assist founders in prioritizing key business decisions and opportunities.
- Work on special strategic projects directly with leadership.
