Job Title: Founder’s Office Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Operations & Founder’s Office Executive who can support day-to-day business operations, manage coordination across teams, and assist in founder-level strategic and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong exposure to AI tools and modern productivity platforms.
We are keen to connect with professionals, especially from North-East India.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder’s Office Operations
- Manage and streamline day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks and projects
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and operational workflows
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational updates for leadership
- Support the founder in operational, administrative, and coordination tasks
- Handle meeting scheduling, calendar management, and follow-ups
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely execution
- Manage priority tasks and maintain confidentiality where required
Managerial & Coordination Responsibilities
- Oversee task allocation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication between departments
- Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements
- Help maintain operational efficiency and accountability across teams
AI & Productivity Tools
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and workflows
- Utilize tools for documentation, scheduling, research, reporting, and communication
- Stay updated with emerging AI-based workplace tools and systems
Must-Have Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in business operations, managerial coordination, or founder’s office roles
- AI tools friendly with adaptability to modern productivity platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in business operations, managerial roles, founder’s office, or coordination-based profiles.
