what this role is
not a deck-making job.
you’ll work directly with the founder across:
- sales
- growth
- ops
- strategy
- hiring
- marketing
if something is broken or unclear, you fix it.
what you’ll do
- sit in / lead sales & distributor meetings
- find & onboard distribution partners
- work on agreements, policies, systems
- drive growth + marketing initiatives
- track numbers (revenue, margins, funnels)
- own 0 → 1 projects
- spot problems → fix them
