Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused professional to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business development activities, and operational priorities. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key support partner to leadership, ensuring effective execution of business objectives and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior leadership with presentations, reports, business communications, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence activities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
- Assist with partnership development, client outreach, and business growth initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communications, follow-ups, and relationship coordination
- Support business development activities including lead generation and client engagement
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and decision-support materials
- Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with global stakeholders
- Experience in strategy, business operations, founder’s office, business development, or program coordination roles
- Proficiency in productivity tools, AI-enabled tools, and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven industries
- Experience in partnerships, international outreach, or business development activities
- Familiarity with project management and cross-functional program execution
