Key ResponsibilitiesPhysical Stores: Revenue & SOPs- Build & implement SOPs for store ops (admissions, counselling, reporting, fee collection, CRM usage)
- Standardize daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
- Drive store-level revenue KPIs (enrolments, conversion %, retention, upsell)
- Coordinate with centre managers to ensure process compliance
- Conduct audits and identify revenue leakages
- Build playbooks for new centre launches
- Online Courses – Operations & Growth
- Manage course sales funnel (landing page → lead → counselling → conversion)
- Work with marketing team to track campaign ROI
- Build dashboards for CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Coordinate platform setup (LMS, payment gateways, CRM flows)
- Improve customer journey & automation workflows
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Data, Reporting & Process Building- Create structured MIS dashboards
- Analyze revenue trends and suggest improvements
- Improve coordination between marketing, sales, and centre operations
- Document processes for scalability
