Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founder’s Office role based in Gurgaon. The role involves working closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, including planning, tracking, and driving key projects across product, operations, and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring follow-through on decisions and action items. The position also includes ownership of special projects, supporting fundraising or partnership efforts as needed, and helping shape processes and systems for a fast-evolving organization. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, taking initiative, and working in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with gathering data, synthesizing insights, and presenting clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured documents, presentations, and concise updates for leadership.
- Project and stakeholder management capabilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Comfort with technology and AI-driven products, with genuine interest in human-AI collaboration and ethical innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in business, engineering, social sciences, or related fields are a plus.
- Prior experience in founder’s office, consulting, product, operations, or strategy roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate effectively in a small, mission-driven team.
