Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for a professional in the Founder’s Office role. Primary responsibilities include assisting the founder in strategic planning, project management, research, and business development activities. The role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing data to aid decision-making, preparing presentations, and managing high-priority initiatives. The candidate will act as a liaison across departments to ensure the smooth execution of critical tasks and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills to successfully coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and preparing detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality documents and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Problem-solving mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic organizational needs.
- Prior experience working in real estate, business consultancy, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant field is advantageous.
