About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly adaptable Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the leadership team at Dr. Morepen Home. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain exposure across operations, vendor coordination, supply management, finance tracking, and marketing support.
You will work directly with the founder’s office to ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple teams including doctors, operations, vendors, and marketing.
This is a high learning, high ownership role for someone who wants to understand how a healthcare startup operates across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Execution
• Track daily demand for doctor visits and healthcare services
• Ensure operational teams have the resources required to fulfill requests
• Help monitor service fulfillment and resolve operational gaps
Vendor & Supply Management
• Ensure doctors and healthcare staff have required supplies
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking with vendors
• Maintain simple supply and stock records
Finance & Payment Tracking
• Track daily collections, vendor payments, and expenses
• Maintain simple records for internal tracking
• Support finance reconciliation and documentation
Marketing & Internal Support
• Assist the marketing team with campaign or partnership coordination
• Help track collaborations and marketing initiatives
• Support cross-team coordination when required
Founder’s Office Projects
• Support operational initiatives from the founder’s office
• Help improve internal workflows and processes
• Work on cross-functional projects when required
Eligibility
• B.Tech (Tier 2 / Tier 3 colleges) OR BBA / B.Com
• 0-2 years of experience
• Freshers with strong learning ability are welcome

• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
