Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Founder’s Office role for someone who enjoys thinking beyond conventional sales and operations roles.
This position sits at the intersection of product thinking, product marketing, partnerships, relationship building, and business growth. You will work directly with the founders and contribute across multiple functions, from shaping product positioning to building awareness, meeting people, attending events, identifying opportunities, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
This is suited for someone who wants ownership early in their career and enjoys experimenting, learning fast, and wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with founders on product, growth, and market initiatives
- Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities
- Participate in product discussions and think from a product owner’s perspective
- Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and ecosystem players
- Attend networking events, startup meets, and industry gatherings
- Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Help execute outreach, partnerships, and awareness campaigns
- Bring fresh ideas for product visibility, engagement, and growth
- Coordinate across product, marketing, and sales initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in technology products, startups, and business strategy
- Someone who thinks independently instead of waiting only for instructions
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and experimenting with new ideas
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to step outside traditional job boundaries
This Role Is NOT
- A conventional sales-only role
- A repetitive operations role
- A role with rigid boundaries and fixed playbooks
This role is for someone who wants exposure to product thinking, market building, strategic
conversations, and early-stage business growth.
