We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused person to work directly with the Founder in managing daily operations, follow-ups, coordination, and execution across multiple startup activities.
This is not a regular desk job.
This role is for someone who enjoys:

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage daily task checklists
• Follow up with teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and deliverables
• Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation
• Assist in hiring coordination and onboarding
• Support investor, customer, and partnership follow-ups
• Ensure pending tasks move toward completion
• Help streamline startup operations
🎯 Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
• Good organizational and follow-up ability
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp & Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive mindset
💡 Preferred:
• Prior startup/operations/admin coordination experience
• Strong execution mindset over theoretical knowledge
• Freshers with exceptional ownership mindset can also apply
📍 Location:
Tamil Nadu (Remote + occasional in-person coordination if needed)
💰 Compensation:
• ₹25,000 per month
