Role Overview
This is a high-learning, high-ownership role working directly with the founder across operations, growth, and decision execution.
This is not a strategy-only role. This is execution-heavy.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founder on daily priorities
- Drive execution across operations, marketing, and product
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Track key metrics (orders, repeat rates, inventory, etc.)
- Help translate ideas into real outputs (campaigns, systems, fixes)
- Solve problems fast — not perfectly
Who This Is For
- 0–3 years experience OR strong internship experience
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Learns fast and executes faster
