Role Description
This full-time remote role supports the Founder’s office and Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include facilitating internal communication, managing operations for the founder's strategic initiatives, and contributing to critical decision-making processes. Additional tasks involve overseeing hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The role requires collaboration across diverse teams to support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Project management and operational efficiency, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong knowledge in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to assist in the Founder’s initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace and project management software
- Time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to independently manage and execute tasks remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Prior experience in startup environments or growth-centric companies is a plus
