• Coordinate with the CMO, CBO, CTO and functional teams
• Follow up on key leadership decisions and ensure execution
• Bring structure, accountability and visibility across important initiatives
• Represent the Founder’s Office in selected internal and external discussions
Who We Are Looking For
• 4–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare high-quality presentations and financial models
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and ambiguous startup environment
• High levels of ownership, integrity and execution discipline
• Ability to work directly with the founder and challenge ideas constructively
• Genuine interest in startups, fundraising and company building
• Willingness to work from Gurugram in a full-time, high-involvement role
Relevant Backgrounds
Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable:
• Founder’s Office or Chief of Staff role
• Venture capital or private equity
• Investment banking or transaction advisory
• Management consulting
• Corporate strategy
• Startup fundraising or investor relations
• Business finance or financial planning
• Early-stage startup operations
An MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification may be beneficial, but is not mandatory. Capability, ownership and hunger will matter more than credentials.
What This Role Is Not
This is not:
• An executive assistant position
• A coordination-only role
• A commission-based fundraising assignment
• A remote advisory engagement
• A role for someone looking for a predictable corporate environment
This role requires hands-on involvement, strong execution and a long-term commitment to the company.

The role will offer:
• Competitive fixed compensation based on experience
• Performance-linked incentives
• Meaningful ESOP/equity participation
• Direct exposure to company building, fundraising and leadership decisions
• The opportunity to become an integral member of Rayy’s core team
Equity participation will be structured with appropriate vesting and will reflect the candidate’s experience, contribution and long-term commitment.
Why Join Rayy

• Work directly with the Founder and CEO
• Help shape the company’s strategy, capital journey and operating model
• Build across both a consumer marketplace and a SaaS platform
• Participate meaningfully in the value created
