The Opportunity We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven "hunter" to join our Founder’s Office. This is not a standard corporate 9-to-5 role; it is an opportunity to build a sales engine from the ground up alongside the founder.

The Structure: 90-Day "Proof of Concept" Contract To ensure we bring on true performers, this role begins with a 3-month (1 Quarter) contractual period focused heavily on pipeline generation and closing.
During the first 90 days, compensation is strictly performance-based:
- High-Leverage Commission: You will earn an aggressive 20% commission on the total invoice value generated directly through your efforts, till the targets are achieved.
- Pipeline Bounty: To support your ramp-up, we pay a ₹12,000 incentive for every five qualified meeting completed. (Note: A "qualified meeting" is strictly defined as a completed meeting with a verified Decision-Maker—Director level or above—that results in a formal proposal request or confirmed pilot).
- The Target: Your goal for the quarter is to generate revenue equal to 1x your expected annual CTC in invoices raised, OR 2x your expected CTC in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
The Payoff: Full-Time Conversion & Equity Upon successfully hitting the target within the 90-day period, you will automatically transition to a Full-Time Employee in the Founder's Office.
Upon Full-Time Conversion, you will receive:
- Salary Unlock: You will immediately move to your fully agreed-upon Base Salary (CTC).
- Ongoing Commission: You will transition to a standard, highly competitive SaaS commission structure on top of your base salary.
- The "Make-Whole" ESOP Grant: As a reward for your initial hustle, you will receive an ESOP (Equity) joining bonus equivalent to the base salary for the first 90 days. We want you to have a literal stake in the company you are helping build.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt & Close: Independently prospect, pitch, and close B2B deals with digital businesses, brands, and creators who need piracy protection.
- Pipeline Management: Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and industry connections, managing the full sales cycle in the CRM.
- Strategic Growth: Work directly with the Founder to refine our sales playbook, identify new market opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have a proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Digital Services.
- Entrepreneurial: You don't need to be micro-managed. You are a self-starter who treats the business like your own.
- A Closer: You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and you know how to navigate complex sales cycles to get to a "Yes."
