Founder’s Office – Risk & Strategic Advisory Apprentice

Lex Regal is a founder-led strategic advisory platform supporting founders, boards, family businesses, and global enterprises across enterprise risk, legal and regulatory execution, complex transactions, restructuring, digital transformation, and cross-border initiatives, including work involving global listed companies across 23+ jurisdictions.
We are currently looking for a small number of high-potential apprentices to work closely within a Founder’s Office immersion environment.
Areas of exposure may include:
• Enterprise Risk & Governance
• Strategic Research & Board-Level Analysis
• AI, Digital Assets & Emerging Regulation
• Fintech, Telecom & Critical Infrastructure
• UAE / GCC Market Intelligence
• Special Situations, Disputes & Transaction Support
• Policy, SOP, KRI, RCSA, Risk Dashboards
Who may fit well:
• Early-career professionals, fresh graduates, or individuals transitioning into enterprise risk, strategy, governance, legal, technology, or advisory roles
- IRM / MBA / Law / Analytics backgrounds
• Strong writing, structured thinking, and executive communication
• High ownership, discretion, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity
• Genuine interest in bridging theory with real-world execution
Model:
• Initial cycle: 4–6 months
• Remote-first; in-person collaboration not mandatory but beneficial for immersion training
• Mumbai-based candidates able to support client meetings, founder sessions, or execution reviews may operate within a higher involvement track
