Role Description
The Founder’s Office – Program Manager Intern will support strategic projects and initiatives that drive company growth and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and preparing presentations or reports for senior leadership. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, offering flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks effectively.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and leads
- Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and client communication
- Proficient in research, data analysis, and problem-solving to contribute actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, reports, and effective stakeholder engagements.
- Experience with tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, or project management platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field, is preferred.
