Job Summary/Objective:
We’re looking for sharp, curious, and execution-focused individuals to join our Founder’s Office – Product team. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, thinking strategically, and working closely with founders to build impactful products.
You’ll work across product, growth, operations, and user experience — helping shape product decisions, improve workflows, and drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do
Product & Strategy
- Work directly with founders on product strategy and execution
- Assist in defining product roadmap, priorities, and feature planning
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback studies
- Write user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product usage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support product launches and feature rollouts
Cross functional execution
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Track tasks and product progress using Jira, Trello, or similar tools
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders
User Experience & Growth
- Support product messaging, onboarding flows, and release communication
- Assist in creating product walkthroughs and user documentation
- Understand user pain points and help improve customer experience
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Product, Founder’s Office, or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence is a plus
- Someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and enjoys ownership
