The Opportunity
This is a 3-month paid internship with a direct path to a full-time role.
We're looking for one person to join the Founder's Office and own the most human part of what we do — the experience of every single person who reaches out to Humann.
If you're early in your career and wondering where to put your energy — this is the kind of role that gives you real ownership, real exposure, and a front-row seat to building something meaningful. You won't be shadowing anyone. You'll be doing.
You'll work directly with the founder, sit inside every important conversation, and have more context about how a mental wellness startup actually operates than most people get in years.
What You'll Own
- Be the first point of contact for everyone who reaches out to Humann
- Manage client relationships and the end-to-end experience
- Coordinate with our therapist network to ensure smooth, timely matches
- Make sure no lead, follow-up, or conversation falls through the cracks
- Track and maintain a clear picture of the pipeline at all times
- Capture client feedback and flag patterns that help us improve
- Support the founder on new initiatives, experiments, and growth verticals
- Contribute to automating and streamlining operations as we scale
- Contribute to how we grow — not just how we operate
Some of this work happens outside standard hours. We're upfront about that. Our clients are real people reaching out when they need support — and that doesn't always happen at 10am on a Monday.

What You'll Build
By the time you complete the internship, you'll have:
- Owned a live client pipeline end-to-end at a growing mental wellness startup
- Learned how early-stage ops, growth, and client experience actually work together
- Developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build trust at scale in healthcare
- Worked directly with a founder across strategy, execution, and everything in between
Structure
- Months 1–3: Paid internship, fully remote
- After 3 months: Full-time offer based on performance
- Flexible hours with Availability expected on weekends and off-hours
