About Trend Arrest
Trend Arrest is a 10-year-old women’s fashion brand selling across marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.
We are at a crucial stage, and the next 1–2 hires will directly contribute to how we scale towards becoming a ₹100 Cr brand.
This is not a typical 9-5 job. This is a high-ownership role working directly with the founder.
Role: Founder’s Office – Fashion Operations
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership across multiple areas of the business. This role is for someone who wants to learn how a fashion brand actually runs end-to-end.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
1. Sampling & Product Development
- Coordinate with sampling master and vendors
- Manage sample timelines and follow-ups
- Do fit trials and give practical feedback
- Ensure designs move from idea → final sample fast
2. Marketplace & Catalog Execution
- Work on listings, catalog improvements, and product uploads
- Track product performance and identify winners/losers
- Ensure top sellers are always in stock
3. Inventory & Replenishment
- Track stock levels across marketplaces
- Flag fast-moving styles and ensure timely reorders
- Avoid stock-outs of high-performing products
4. Daily Business Operations
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal team
- Solve day-to-day execution issues
- Bring structure to chaos
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 1–4 years experience (fashion / D2C / startup / marketplace preferred)
- Strong comfort with Excel / Google Sheets (no basic training will be provided)
- High ownership mindset – you don’t wait to be told
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Willingness to work 6 days/week (this is non-negotiable)

- You need constant guidance for basic tasks
- You are only interested in “creative” work without execution
