The Opportunity
QYRA is India's premium, medical-grade collagen brand. We are not building a product; we are building a ritual in wellbeing backed by science and German engineering. Our mission is to become the most trusted partner to India's top aesthetic clinics, dermatologists and wellness clinics.
We are scaling aggressively. We need a Founder's Associate who can operate at the
intersection of marketing, operations, and business development. You will not be assisting, you will be driving execution on the initiatives that directly impact revenue, creating operational efficiency and building the foundation.
This is a 6-month intensive track with a clear path to a full-time founding team role,
contingent on performance.
What You'll Own
Marketing & Brand Execution (20% of focus)
• Own the coordination & execution between QYRA & its partner social media and
performance marketing agencies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
This is not content scheduling; this is strategic storytelling that builds brand authority
in the premium wellness space.
• Collaborate with our digital marketing and performance marketing partners to ensure creative assets are optimized for conversion and brand consistency.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and cultural moments relevant to QYRA's
positioning.
• Assist in campaign creation, coordinate & execute with consultants and content
creators.
Operations (40% of focus)
• Own day-to-day operational execution: inventory management, sample dispatch,
packaging coordination, vendor management, coordination with Digital &
performance marketing
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of all brand assets. You will
be the single point of accountability for operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with designers, accounting, and agency partners to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards that track KPIs: dispatch timelines,
inventory turnover, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions that reduce friction and improve scalability.
• Implement AI tools to improve efficiency
Business Development & Sales Support (40% of focus)
• Work directly with the founder to qualify and pursue new clinic and dermatologist
partnerships.
• Manage the pipeline of ongoing discussions: follow-ups, sample coordination,
contract logistics, and closure support.
• Manage existing B2C customer relations
• Coordinate sample dispatch and billing processes with existing clinic partners to
ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a CRM system that tracks all prospect and client interactions, ensuring no
opportunity falls through the cracks.
• Directly manage collections of payments as needed.
• Implement AI tools to improve efficiency
Who You Are
We are not looking for someone who checks boxes. We are looking for a high-performer who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes. You have:
• Demonstrated Execution: You have owned projects from conception to completion.
You can point to specific outcomes you drove whether it was a marketing campaign,
an operational improvement, or a business development win. University projects, side
hustles, and internships count if you owned them.
• Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with data. You can build simple Excel
models, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights. You understand the difference
between vanity metrics and real business impact.
• Premium Brand Intuition: You understand the aesthetic, tone, and positioning of
premium wellness brands. You follow industry trends and can articulate why certain
brands succeed and others fail.
• Operational Excellence: You are obsessed with efficiency. You see a broken process
and immediately think about how to fix it. You are comfortable with ambiguity but
driven to create clarity.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Startups are chaotic. You are comfortable with rapid
pivots, changing priorities, and learning on the job. You don't need perfect clarity to
move forward.
• Proficiency in Core Tools: You are fluent in Google Workspace, Excel (beyond
basic), Canva, and at least one project management tool (Asana, Monday, Notion,
etc.). Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a significant
advantage.
• Based in Mumbai: You are available to work from our office a minimum of 4 days
per week. This is non-negotiable for a Founder's Associate role.

participation in the business.
Compensation & Structure
• Compensation: Competitive to market and commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Mumbai (minimum 4 days/week)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Conversion: Performance-based transition to full-time role with revised
compensation structure

past role or project. Describe the problem, your solution, the metrics you used
to measure success, and the outcome. Quantify the improvement.
◦ Option C (Business Development Focus): Identify 5 premium clinics or
dermatologists in Mumbai that would be ideal QYRA partners. Research each
one, explain why they are a good fit, and propose a 3-step outreach strategy.
