Argonauts is a founder-led travel and cultural advisory working with global Indians across bespoke journeys, private assemblies, and partnerships.
We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work closely with the founder across day-to-day execution, client interactions, and meetings.
This is a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a premium, founder-led business operates from the inside.
What You’ll Do
- Accompany the founder to meetings, eventscand client interactions
- Manage scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Ensure meetings are booked, confirmed, and prepared for
- Track conversations and maintain a clear pipeline of interactions
- Support basic client communication and coordination
- Assist with day-to-day execution across business priorities

- Strong communication and presence
- Highly organised and reliable
- Comfortable interacting with senior clients and partners
- Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Good judgment and discretion
- Based in Mumbai and available in person
