Role Overview:

We are hiring a Founder’s Associate (Entry-Level) to work directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives across strategy, operations, growth, and partnerships. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built and scaled from the inside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside founders on day-to-day execution and strategic projects
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
• Assist in business development, partnerships, and outreach
• Support operations, hiring, and cross-functional coordination
• Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials
• Drive special projects across product, sales, and growth

Key Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and structured thinking
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently
• High adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools

Eligibility:

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong internships/projects can apply)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (engineering, business, or related preferred)
