Well Scented x Social Span
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Founder’s Assistant to work closely with the founder of Well Scented, a fast growing perfume startup.
If you love startups, enjoy working with numbers and ideas, and want real hands on experience building a brand from scratch, this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities:
• Support the founder in day to day brand operations
• Conduct competitor analysis across pricing, products, launches, and positioning
• Work regularly with Excel sheets, numbers, and performance data
• Assist the social media team during perfume shoots
• Handle basic website edits such as product updates and content changes
• Be available for exhibitions, pop ups, and on ground events
• Pitch to influencers and manage follow ups
• Respond to client queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Support invoicing and payment follow ups
Who Can Apply:
• 0.5 to 2 years experience (freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome)
• Comfortable with Excel, data tracking, and basic analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, proactive, and quick to learn
• Interest in perfumes, startups, or consumer brands is a big plus
