Onedigital is India’s only full‑service agency dedicated to architects, interior designers, and product brands in the interior design industry. We combine strategy, content, performance, and brand building to help design‑led businesses grow with clarity and consistency.
As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the Founder to drive high‑impact projects across operations, growth, and brand—acting as a force‑multiplier for the leadership.
Why this role exists
The agency is scaling quickly, and the founder’s time is split between client strategy, team leadership, and new growth opportunities. Your role is to extend that bandwidth: turn ideas into action, bring order to chaos, and ensure priority projects move from “we should do this” to “done”.
You will get a front‑row seat to how a niche, high‑growth, fully remote agency is built in the architecture and design space.
Key responsibilities
1. Operations and execution
- Map, document, and improve internal processes (client onboarding, briefing, approvals, reporting) in a remote‑first setup.
- Own and maintain our internal OS (Notion/ClickUp/Airtable/Sheets) for projects, SOPs, and dashboards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving strategy, content, performance, and design teams asynchronously.
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow‑through on decisions from founder and leadership calls.
2. Growth, sales, and partnerships
- Support the founder with pipeline management: researching prospects (architects, designers, product brands), maintaining the CRM, and preparing outreach lists.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound follow‑ups: emails, LinkedIn messages, credentials sharing, and remote meetings.
- Prepare and refine sales assets: pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, and credentials documents for Onedigital.
- Assist in identifying and nurturing partnerships with product brands, platforms, communities, and industry bodies—largely via remote touchpoints.
3. Marketing and brand for Onedigital
- Work with the founder to plan and execute the agency’s own marketing calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, thought‑leadership pieces).
- Draft content outlines, brief designers/copywriters, and ensure timely publishing without needing physical presence.
- Help repurpose client and internal work into case studies, reels, carousels, and portfolio pages.
- Track basic performance of key marketing channels and feed insights back to the founder.
4. Strategy, research, and special projects
- Conduct research on trends in architecture, interiors, product brands, and marketing—turning them into concise insight docs and recommendations.
- Benchmark other agencies and global players to refine our positioning, offers, and pricing.
- Take ownership of special projects such as: new service launches, new geography entry (e.g., Italy/Europe focus), events/webinars, or an education/community vertical—managed remotely.
- Support any future capital, strategic partnerships, or expansion discussions with structured research and decks.
5. Founder enablement
- Help manage the founder’s priorities: structure weeks, maintain a clear view of “top 3” focus areas, and guard time from low‑leverage distractions.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow‑up action lists, and ensure accountability with owners across a distributed team.
- Draft key emails, documents, and internal memos for clarity and speed.
- Build simple remote‑friendly dashboards for agency health: revenue, pipeline, profitability, client health, and marketing metrics.
What success looks like in 6–12 months
- The founder spends significantly more time on high‑value work (top clients, strategy, brand, and key relationships) and less on remote firefighting.
- Core processes (onboarding, briefs, reporting, content calendar, pipeline) are clearly documented and consistently followed by a distributed team.
- Priority projects ship faster, with fewer dropped balls—even without an office.
- Onedigital’s brand presence is stronger and more consistent, without overloading the delivery team.
- You are trusted to own projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
Ideal profile
- 1–4 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment (agency, startup, consulting, operations, growth, or founder’s office).
- Strong generalist skill set: comfortable with structured thinking, execution, and context‑switching across marketing, ops, and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can represent the founder and the agency professionally over digital channels.
- High ownership mindset: you see a gap, propose a solution, and drive it to completion in a remote setting.
- Systems‑oriented: you enjoy documenting, organising, and bringing order to chaos.
- Comfortable working fully remotely with tools like Google Workspace, Notion/ClickUp/Airtable, Slack, Slides, Sheets, and basic analytics dashboards.
- Bonus: Interest or background in architecture, interiors, design, or marketing to creative/service businesses.
