We’re seeking a Founder’s Associate who operates at the intersection of strategy, design, sales, and execution. Working directly with the Founder, you’ll translate vision into action, opportunities into revenue, and complexity into systems. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and can think commercially while executing creatively.
Key Responsibilities
Operations, Projects & Founder Enablement
- Own the Founder’s operational bandwidth across calendar, travel, logistics, and priorities
- Manage founder-linked coordination including vendors, partners, events, gifting, and deliveries
- Act as the execution arm of the Founder; make judgement calls to unblock workflows
- Represent the Founder in internal, client, and partner meetings; document and drive follow-ups
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founder and Brand Partners
- Manage all partner communication on behalf of the Founder
- Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks across projects
- Set up escalation and resolution meetings where required
- Maintain clean systems across Notion, and internal documentation
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and qualify new client opportunities through outreach and referrals
- Lead sales conversations alongside the Founder
- Prepare proposals, scopes, quotations, and pitch decks
- Own follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and deal closure
- Coordinate contracts, sign-offs, and commercial documentation
- Execute value-based selling aligned with the studio’s positioning
Brand Strategy & Client Consulting
- Co-lead brand strategy engagements from positioning to rollout
- Translate briefs into strategic narratives across identity, content, UI/UX, and GTM
- Create strategy decks, tone-of-voice guides, and brand playbooks
- Lead client communication, documentation, and next steps
- Conduct market research, audits, and cultural analysis
Design & Creative Support
- Design brand systems, pitch decks, and content assets
- Translate strategy into clear, scalable visual outputs
- Support live projects with design refinement and creative problem-solving
- Maintain high standards across typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience across startups, agencies, consulting, sales, or founder’s office roles
- Demonstrated strength across strategy, design execution, and client-facing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote
- Confident communicator comfortable in sales and pitch environments
- Strong organisational and workflow design skills
