Role Description
This internship role for Founder's Assistant (Management Trainee) involves providing day-to-day support to the founder and assisting in managing business operations. Key responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, maintaining schedules, and supporting project execution. The position offers a hybrid working model, based in Lucknow, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and multitasking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital content production processes, including photoshoots and cinematography, is an advantage
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding strategies
- Proficiency with productivity tools and software such as MS Office or project management tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Media, Marketing, or a related field
