Role Description
The Founder’s Assistant (Management Trainee) serves as a key support role, working closely with the founder to manage daily tasks and strategic projects. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, coordinating schedules, conducting research, assisting in project management, and contributing to operational decision-making. This is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid working structure, allowing flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and problem-solving for operational support and decision-making.
