Role Description
This is an internship role for a Founder’s Assistant (Management Trainee). The role involves providing direct support to the founder in managing operational, administrative, and strategic tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordination, assisting in project management, preparing documents and reports, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of digital content strategies. This is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for part-time remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, report preparation, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Strategy
- Proficiency in Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience or interest in the digital content creation industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
