Role Description
This internship role of Founder’s Assistant (Intern) is a hybrid position located in Lucknow, with some work-from-home opportunities. The selected candidate will assist the founder in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, content coordination, scheduling, and communications. The role involves supporting digital content projects, conducting market research, managing client communications, and helping streamline operations to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, planning, and multitasking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and team members
- Basic understanding of digital content services, such as photoshoots or cinematography, is a plus
- Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in using tools like email, spreadsheets, and project management software
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual capable of thriving in a startup environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies is beneficial
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
