Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Foundation Physics Faculty role based in Hyderabad. The faculty member will teach foundational and school-level Physics concepts to students preparing for competitive exams and board assessments, using structured lesson plans aligned with ALLEN’s pedagogy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive classroom sessions, clarifying doubts, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves contributing to study material, question banks, and test papers, collaborating with the academic team to continuously refine content and teaching methods. Faculty members are expected to participate in academic meetings, workshops, and student-mentoring activities to support overall learner development.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics at school and foundation levels, with a clear conceptual approach suitable for competitive exam preparation.
- Proven classroom teaching skills, including lesson planning, student engagement, doubt resolution, and assessment design.
- Ability to develop and review academic content such as notes, practice questions, and test papers with accuracy and clarity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, guardians, and colleagues in a professional and supportive manner.
- Relevant academic background, preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field; prior experience in coaching for IIT JEE/NEET foundation or school programs is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools for presenting content, tracking performance, and coordinating with academic teams.
- Commitment to ethical teaching practices, student-centric learning, and continuous professional development.
