Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Foundation English Faculty member for our center in Dimapur. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves teaching English to foundation-level students, designing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student performance, and preparing instructional materials tailored to curriculum objectives. You will be responsible for fostering student success through personalized guidance and training. Effective classroom management and collaboration with other educators and staff to ensure the highest standards of education delivery will also be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in English language teaching (grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills)
- Experience or knowledge in effective instructional strategies and lesson planning
- Proficiency in assessing, grading, and providing constructive feedback
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Familiarity with competitive exam patterns and the ability to prepare students for tests and assessments
- Ability to engage young learners and cultivate interactive classroom environments
- Relevant teaching experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Language, or Education
- Technology skills to utilize digital tools for teaching and learning are advantageous
- A passion for education, mentoring students, and contributing to their academic growth
