We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our team and help us deliver excellence in design. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems, processes, and tools across the organization. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and tools to support the delivery of high-quality design solutions - Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality management best practices - Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions - Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventative measures - Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to understand their quality requirements and expectations - Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management
