Senior ERPNext Developer Heavy Equipment Rental Industry | Mumbai

Company Overview

Heft Infra Solutions is India's leading heavy equipment rental company managing 450+ cranes and heavy equipment across multiple locations. We're implementing a unified ERPNext system post-merger to streamline operations and optimize equipment utilization.

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior ERPNext Developer to lead technical implementation of our enterprise ERP system. You'll architect and build a complex multi-company ERPNext instance for equipment rental operations.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

Salary: ₹15-18 lakhs per annum (negotiable)

Employment: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-company ERPNext architecture
• Develop custom modules for equipment rental and asset management
• Lead technical team of 2-3 developers
• Create API integrations with GPS tracking and IoT systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Drive 12-month implementation timeline
  
  

Required Qualifications

Technical Experience

• 4+ years ERPNext/Frappe development experience
• 2+ complex ERPNext implementations (300+ users)
• Asset Management module expertise
• Python, JavaScript, MariaDB proficiency
• REST API development and integrations
  
  

Leadership & Business

• Team leadership experience (2-3 developers)
• Manufacturing/Asset-intensive industries background preferred
• Multi-company ERPNext setup experience
• Client-facing requirements gathering skills
• Excellent English communication
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Equipment rental/construction industry knowledge
• IoT/telematics integration experience
• Data migration from legacy systems
• Mobile app integration with ERPNext
• Performance optimization for large datasets
