Role Description
We are looking for energetic and field-oriented candidates to join our team as Feet-on-Street (FOS) Executives. The role involves onboarding auto drivers to the Rapido platform by directly engaging with them in key locations and explaining the benefits of joining.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit high-potential areas (auto stands, markets, metro stations, etc.) to connect with auto drivers
* Explain Rapido’s benefits, earnings, and incentives clearly
* Assist drivers with registration and onboarding process
* Collect required documents and ensure proper verification
* Build strong relationships with drivers and address their concerns
* Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
* Provide regular updates and reports to the team lead
Requirements
* Good communication skills in local language (Malayalam preferred)
* Basic smartphone handling skills
* Willingness to work in the field (outdoor role)
