We are hiring FDE Managers with strong Full Stack Development experience for an exciting opportunity at Pinaca Technologies.

Role: FDE Manager (Full Stack Development)
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Chennai and Delhi
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Field Deployment Engineering teams across projects
• Drive end-to-end deployment and implementation activities
• Contribute to full stack development including frontend and backend systems
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams for seamless execution
• Ensure system integration, performance, and scalability
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments
• Maintain deployment and technical documentation
Key Skills
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development (frontend and backend)
• Proficiency in modern frameworks and backend technologies
• Experience in deployment and implementation management
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
