Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly adaptable and execution oriented Forward Deployment Engineer to work closely with business and help uplift their technology capabilities through AI adoption, automation, dashboards, data systems, and operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously while working directly with clients and internal teams.
You will help bridge the gap between business operations and technology implementation by understanding client problems, identifying improvement opportunities, and deploying practical tech-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Technology Deployment
• Work directly with business to understand operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Support deployment of technology, automation, AI, and workflow solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
AI & Automation Enablement
• Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and business workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation across client operations.
• Support implementation of AI-assisted processes and productivity systems.
Database, Dashboarding & Data Operations
• Work with databases, structured data, and reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting systems.
• Assist in organizing, cleaning, and managing business data.
• Support development of dashboards, trackers, and business visibility tools for clients.
Project Management & Execution
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with strong ownership.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, timelines, and execution priorities.
• Maintain structured documentation and implementation tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering, technology, analytics, operations, or implementation-focused roles.
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
• Good understanding of databases and structured data handling.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and productivity platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Good to Have
• Experience with SQL/Python, spreadsheets, dashboarding tools like PoweBI, automation tools, or workflow platforms.
• Exposure to implementation, consulting, operations, or startup environments.
• Understanding of business operations and process optimization.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to no-code/low-code tools and automation platforms.
• Basic scripting or technical integration knowledge.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
